I’ve recently re-embarked upon a journey of get well acquainted with my intuition. If my body feels like it is opening up, and full of expansive joy, I go for it, whatever it is, even if it’s expensive, which is scary (is getting easier with practice though). If instead I feel like I have a cold concrete block in my chest, I demur, no matter what my logic thinks I ‘should’ do. I’m slowly getting used to saying yes to things that sounds crazy, and saying no to things even if it makes me look selfish. It’s not exactly comfortable, but I do feel my horizons expanding incrementally, and that is incredibly exciting.
I love this message, Jules! I'm delighted that you are intentionally putting in the effort to follow your instincts. It's like a muscle. Use it or lose it. I'm doing by best to exercise it as much as possible even though it's not always comfortable. Glad to have you here :)
It IS like a muscle. An often subtle one. I feel like learning to feel it reliably is much like learning to discern bass guitar in most rock music; once you learn to hear it, it’s easy to pick out of the louder percussion and string sounds, but it’s really tricky in the beginning. Best of luck to you in your intuitive journey 🖤.
Oooh the analogy is great! I wrote about intuitively listening to what feels right to you in the context of success today. There is no singular definition. You have to listen closely within. Best of luck to you to :)
Hi Victoria, thanks for expressing your truth! I'm right there with you. Glad you followed your instincts to make a change. Would love to learn more about it. I'll send you a message.
This arrives at the perfect moment as I have been focusing on strengthening my intuition and thinking about all of the times I ignored it and how it led me astray. I was even planning to write about it this week, perhaps this is the sign to do so! Thank you for sharing, Niall. The way back to integrity goes hand in hand with trusting yourself. It is tough but ultimately the biggest gift you can give yourself.
This is really interesting. I recently spoke to Jannine Barron on my podcast and I learnt a lot from her about instinct and following your sixth sense. If you follow your instinct, it very rarely leads you down the wrong path..... Thanks for this!
Thank you, Nia! I agree. Even when following your instincts doesn't go as you'd hoped, you can be satisfied knowing you acted out of free self expression.
I appreciate the inclusion! ✊🏽
Thanks again for sharing your story, Jamal! 🤝
Absolutely! 🙏🏽

Thank you! 😸
Soular eclipse is such a great term Niall…love this and yes, absolutely to knowing what that feels like.
Glad it resonated, Lisa! That popped into my head while walking to the gym last week lol.
> I got a corporate job. Suit and tie. 4-hour return commute every day that not only sucked the life out of me but also the air.
> The most damaged one was my relationship with myself.
I feel these sentences deep within my soul. This was my life only a few months ago.

Thank you, Jaz! I'm happy that you are intentionally putting in the work to find your way back to your truth. Every one of us are on that path :)

Very dynamic thought stream process that expands your truthful being. Well done.
Thank you!!
This really resonated with me Niall - thank you.
Glad it resonated, Andrea!!
Thanks for sharing your story, Ryan! Interesting point about how you trust them more with age. I resonate with that experience.
